At GiftKadai.in, we take pride in offering high-quality, handcrafted gifts made with care and precision. Since most of our products are custom-made and uniquely designed, they cannot be reused or resold. However, your satisfaction is always our top priority.
When a Refund or Replacement is Eligible
We gladly accept refunds or replacements only in the rare event of:
- Product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
- Color or size mismatch compared to the confirmed order.
- A complete unboxing video is provided (from sealed package to product opening).
- Issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Note: Photo proofs alone will not be accepted.
Important Notes
- Claims without a proper unboxing video will be rejected.
- No refunds or replacements for personalised products due to:
- Incorrect name, photo, or message shared by the customer.
- Change of design preference after placing the order.
- All requests are subject to internal quality verification.
- Replacement orders follow standard production and shipping timelines.
- Courier delays are not refundable.
